Before the window closes

Cancel any time before the window closes and we refund you in full. Nothing has been made yet.

After the window closes

We begin making your pair when the window closes. You can still cancel within 14 days of receiving it and return it unworn for a full refund, including the original delivery charge.

Faults

If your pair is faulty, tell us and we will replace or refund it. Your legal rights are not affected by anything on this page.

How to cancel

Use the contact page with your order reference. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
